A quick word about J.P. Wow Records for the uninitiated. J.P. Wow is not a real business. (Sorry to pee on your Wheaties.) George Blowfish is just a guy who enjoys building compilation music CDs, and sharing the alleged fruits of that labor with his best buddies. No money was exchanged, no business was transacted; no animals were harmed. Except for that gerbil on the Giant Pile of Crap project. Here's the history of J.P.Wow! CDs:
This is the first JP Wow! project on CD. Following more than 40 cassette projects from 1990 to 1998; and after seven issues of Pig Slave Grunt News, the delightfully noxious Party With The Potentate was released in the spring of 1999. It included 22 tracks, and was a compilation of favorite songs from the JP Wow! cassette years. All the selections were recommended by the venerable "pig slaves," the pet name for all the wonderful J.P. Wow! groupies.
